St Piran Homes have repeatedly been recognised in the National House Building Councils (NHBC) ‘Pride in the Job’ awards. The NHBC awards are designed to promote care, quality and team work within the construction process and are awarded to site managers who are deemed by the judges to have achieved the highest standard of on site management.

One of our site managers, Alan Rule, has won the ‘Top 100 Seal of Excellence’ award three years in a row, most recently, for his management of the Chyandour site in Blowinghouse Hill, Redruth. In the last eight years alone we have achieved 11 such winners and 25 Industry awards.
