Alan Rule - Site Manager (Godolphin View)
The Godolphin View site at Camborne is managed by Alan who oversees all the sub contactors at the site, the building programme and delivery of materials. He works very closely with his Assitant Site Manager Keith Old who administers all his requests. Alan has previously worked on our Chyandour site in Redruth and Marriots Avenue in Camborne. Over the years Alan has received numerous NHBC 'Pride in the Job' awards including being a 'Seal of Excellence' award winner in 2005.

Denis Warder - Senior Site Manager (Bethany Court)
Denis has many years experience within the construction industry he has been a site manager locally and then a Senior Site Manager managing multiple sites in Devon. Denis is now the Senior Site Manager at Bethany Court in Bodmin. He will oversee the project's costs and schedules to ensure that all our homes at Bethany Court are completed to the correct timescales so that a Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) certificate can be issued. It is from this date that the NHBC or Zurich guarantee starts.
