Increasingly, environmental impact is a major issue that any forward thinking developer needs to address. St Piran Homes is dedicated to meeting and surpassing the Building Research Establishment’s Eco Homes Standard wherever possible. As such we have a continuing commitment to using natural and sustainable building materials, something the public now expects from modern developers.
Where possible we try to source building products and materials locally and from within the Cornwall region. This reduces the number of transport miles required to get products to site and in turn reduces vehicle fuel emissions that harm the environment. |
